They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "It was kind of an emergency for me as squirrels had eaten a hole in my roof. Also my existing roof, two layers of shingles, needed to be replaced although I wanted to wait until summer 2020. I got an estimate from another roofer about two days prior but their prices were too high. I needed this done ASAP because of the hole and it was November. The weather was about to get too cold to get it done. I called Tom at Buk roofing. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. Great price for what I wanted done. He was pretty booked and said he would try to get it done by Thanksgiving, I called him November 6 2019. Tom is a roofer with a heart because he called me the next day and said he and his crew would be out Saturday 11/10/2019. They arrived a 7:00 am and were done a little after dark. He and his crew got it done and walked all around my property for clean up. These guys were great and I would definitely hire again."
