"Hard work crew. Always on time. Tile work was excellent!"

"I, as well as my roof and soffits, were in a sorry state. For approximately 2 months I had been trying to get an idea of what the problems were that had led to my soffits rotting out and detaching from their underlying structures. I had gotten several opinions from several different (allegedly highly regarded) roofers, and their analyses all seemed either half-baked or entirely absent. Most times, the prospective team leaders failed to even climb up on the roof to inspect the roof for possible causes of the roof’s dysfunction. My spouse found Thomas at BUK Roofing thru Angie’s List and I called. Thomas was enthusiastic, straightforward, energetic, smart, and dependable. He went up on the roof and wrote up an analysis that made sense. He then proposed a solution that made sense. Perhaps most importantly, he returned calls and followed through with 100% compliance (as to what he had previously said he would do). It was a pleasure having his team do the job. I will hire Thomas and his team for any future roofing needs."

"SPU GC & Roofing did an excellent job. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process in full detail. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. In addition to the replacing the roof he installed solatube (skylights). This helped lighten the house. His crew was very professional and meticulous. The roof looks great. My parents loved the work and they too hired SPU to replace their roof. We continue to recommend SPU to family and friends."

"A heavy tree branch crashed onto our addition during a storm leaving us desperate for roof damage repair. Water was actively dripping into our sunroom making speed essential. The team responded away securing the structure before outlining a complete flat roof repair plan. Because structural plywood was punctured we agreed that a partial roof replacement was the long-term solution. They expertly stripped the sections and began to install flat roof waterproofing with reinforced seams. Their craftsmanship was apparent in how they tied the new section into our existing roofline. The prompt service saved our finishes from total destruction. If you are dealing with storm fallout or need an expert to install roof systems correctly this is the company to call."

"John and Mike are outstanding professionals. John was always responsive, taking my calls and addressing all of my questions with great attention. He offered a competitive price for a new roof and ensured the project was completed ahead of schedule. Mike played a key role in providing a detailed scope of work, and the team delivered on the project as promised. They handled various tasks, including tuck pointing on the side of the house, masonry work during the roofing process, and the roof installation itself. I greatly appreciate John and Mike's excellent communication and their unwavering professionalism throughout the entire project."

"When Tristan met with me to review and provide a quote on roof replacement for our single family home in Evergreen Park, I knew I was in the hands of an artist of the trade.  Tristan had recommendations on color and type of shingles, color and type of flashing, color and type of gutters, and a new color for the exterior wood of the home, and his quote was highly competitive.  After reviewing his recommendations and his quote, my wife and I decided to go with all of those recommendations and with Carrington.  The result is gorgeous and Tristan's artist-like impression was confirmed.  Tristan and his team performed the job working around the weather and our schedule without any inconveniences for us.  We live one and a half hours drive from the property, so daily oversight while the work was being performed was not possible.  No matter, Tristan even took the time to communicate in person with our tenants and our neighbors so that they would be aware of the day-to-day schedule details and any potential inconveniences the work might pose for them.  The finished result was within budget and exceeded our expectations in quality, craftsmanship, and aesthetic appeal.  We recommend Carrington Roofing Company passionately.  In fact, you can save yourself the time and trouble of securing additional quotes for comparison.

"I had spoken to several roofing companies before we decided to go with Costello Roofing. Price was a factor when we made our decision but it was much more than that. They were prompt when we met, extremely friendly, and had this attitude that they would bend over backward to assure we were happy with their work. They did a great job repairing the roof. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"Tim replaced our fascia a couple of years ago, so I asked for another quote for full roof replacement and installing a bath vent in the roof. The quote was one of the lowest using a good quality shingle. I must of asked at the right time because we were able to schedule the roof replacment within the week. Tim was very patient as we went back and forth with shingle colors. The work went very smooth. Because of the pitch of the roof, it took a day longer than expected. The roof looks excellent. His team cleaned ok, there were some big pieces, but Tim helped clean the metal nails and staples on the final inspection. It was a very good experience."
