They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
