"Travis, who was amazing, came out to test my residence. He was early, down to earth, and professional. He reassured me that I was not crazy, that he could tell after 10 minutes of being in my apartment that I had a mold issue. Travis continued his testing, which was very detailed, efficient, yet a quick process. My tests were sent in for lab testing and it came back as positive for mold throughout my apartment. Travis and the team at Critical Environment helped me prove that my residence was the cause of my illness and was the proof I needed to get my lease terminated. This was an absolute answer to my prayers. In my opinion, there is no better company to test your home than Critical Environment. A month after Travis tested my place a client of mine was complaining about health issues, I told them about my experience with critical environment. They called and Travis came out the NEXT DAY and tested. You will not find a more professional and proficient company than CE."

"After the testing, I was called and my test report sent to me. The test expert on the phone went over the results with me. He told me what the numbers meant and then explained that I had 3 of the most toxic molds growing in my house. He said that the results were so concerning, he then immediately connected be to Biocide Labs to have them tell me what to do to rid the toxic mold from my house."

"Rick was absolutely the best pro I've ever worked with. Explained everything very well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish he did more then just mold. It was a absolute pleasure to work with him"

"We recently used Pure Maintanence for mold testing in our basement. They were super responsive and respectful of our short timeline. We had a super small project and their methods of mold remediation didn't end up making sense for us but they worked with us to make that decision instead of pushing us for something we didn't need. Would recommend for larger projects or testing."

"Everyone was friendly and dedicated providing quality service. Steve did a great job explaining how I wound up with mold in the first place; and he gave me a detailed explanation of what the crew would be doing to fix those problems. The team worked quickly and efficiently to fix my ventilation issues and get rid of the mold. I am very pleased with all aspects of the job."

With over 25,000 homes treated nationwide, Pure Air’s patented technology is the best way to keep your air pure and your home safe. We are your fresh start to a healthy home. Dry Fog technology is what sets Pure Air Mold Removal of Oakland apart from the competition. Instead of sledge hammers slamming into your mold-infested walls, tiny particles of a dry fog fill the capacity of your home or office, destroying all mold cells in its path. Our patented micron particle is so small that it continues to bounce around the room for several minutes before finally dissipating. The best part about developing such a particle is that it gets nothing in your home or office wet.
