Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Pine Grove, PA

"I had a fantastic experience with Dan from Basement Gurus! He helped install a French drain in my basement crawl space, and I couldnâ  t be happier with the results. Not only did he address the drainage issue, but he also sealed off openings under my wood deck that were allowing raccoons to get in. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Basement Gurus for any basement needs!"

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"PRO: For installing an interior French drain, while it was pouring outside, the crew was extremely clean. Both my yard and interior of my house was left with only minor evidence of the work. PRO: The initial consultation with Phil Thistle was informative and provided me with piece of mind in terms of the project and projected outcome. It seemed as though we would have support throughout the project. PRO: Owen Dan Kelly is very dedicated to the quality of his company and the work they do. Once he found out about some of the concerns I had with the project, he remedied them immediately. I was very impressed with the attention he provides his customers. CON: Communication. Up to the install, I was in constant contact with the company about timing and expectations. However, as soon as the install began and then directly after, I was on my own. There seemed to be no one overseeing the install, just the crew doing the work. Also, there were miscommunications about the project throughout the install; the crew was asking me for direction on installation steps I have no background on. CON: Support. Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."

"See above.  Other than being misled by the offer, ie-not realizing that the reason for the appraisal was to obtain a mortgage only, I have no way to rate this service.  Please note, we did not use this service and have nothing negative or positive to say about this company.  Angie's List ought to have an Overall Rating for NA, like they do for the specifics.

"Repaired or leaking chimney. Highly recommend."

"It went very well.  They came when they said they would.  Got the job done and left.  It was installed in one day.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I'm very happy with the work."

"I was originally told that the job would take 3 to 5 days to complete. They were done in two days, and the job was well performed. The mold is gone and now I can get on to replacing drywall and painting."

"Excellent experience..Very professional & concerned about my needs..Basement has been dry now for 3 yrs.. A++++ excellent work!!! Thank you so much."

"Sidewalks leveled and repaired, synthetic stone installed and fireplace repainted."

"We had a good experience with this company performing mold removal and installation of a water proofing system in our basement. They took the extra time to really evaluate the mold and water issues we had in our basement and explained in detail all of our options and the process involved in the resolution. The crew was knowledgeable, and professional. They reviewed the scope of work with us to make sure we were pleased with the process and results. They showed us pictures of the progress, tested the system sump pump in front of us, and went over how everything was put together and how the system will function. They also provide a good comprehensive warranty on the system. We'd recommend this company to anyone out there with similar issues in their basement."
