Debby was great on the phone and was able to offer much information on the process (for a novice like me). After the initial tank clean out, I did some digging on my own and was not sure what I was looking at and Modern came out (with no charge) to take a quick look and help me understand how to proceed. On the second visit, they came even sooner than expected and got right to work! All the employees who came out to the house were great, polite, friendly, and even apologetic when my system turned out to be a mess beyond their scope of work. "Every once in awhile a service provider goes so far above and beyond it's hard for people to believe. Their first trip to the house to pump out the septic I couldn't find the tank. No charge. Blake, one of the founders, came out again and pumped our tank. As he was preparing to leave he heard what sounded like something dropping into the tank. It was our old partially blind Gorgi.
