"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage.  He was very professional and arrived on schedule.  It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place.  He took pictures and notes.  Santos called within a few days and recommended we involve an architect and scheduled a time to meet her.  Again, they arrived on time.  Shari Mullins, with pillar3, agreed to make some drawings.   These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy.  We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving.  We decided to add a bathroom and a closet to the room above the garage.  Santos and Shari worked together, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward. They were professional.  They always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.  They were always here when they said they would be here.  They listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed.  They put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford.  They kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets!  It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions. "Paul stopped by the next day after asking him to stop by to look at the work that needed to be done. He took about 5 minutes and said that he could do it for about $850. We called back and asked for a written estimate and explanation of what he was exactly going to do. He obliged. We receive the contract and signed it within 2 days. Paul's workers came on time that Friday. Within three hours, they had the old beam out and the new beam in. Everything went as planned. After the job was finished, the workers cleaned up the work area. It seemed like they were never there. We needed to replace some gutter guards on the gutter they took down to install the beam. Paul said he would install the ''no maintenance'' guards for us for about $100 extra. We agreed. Overall, we are really happy with the work they did. Paul and his workers are super friendly. We saved over $2000 going with Paul. We will definitely be using them again for future projects."

"They responded quickly to our initial call out and we were very impressed with how well they made the damage safe and weather proof. They were extremely helpful and efficient. We did not hesitate to use them as our contractors once the quotes had been excepted. Lee Ricky, the owner of the company, made us feel completely at ease explaining to us what needed to be done, how and when. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and considerate. After having a structural survey, Lee explained how his contractors would fix the damage and gave us a realistic and flexible timeframe. Lee arranged for his expert contractors to complete each task as suggested by the structural survey. After important work was completed the work was inspected and anything missed or in need of further work was done before the next stage started. We had different people for roofing, brick work, electrics, painting etc., each and everyone we were pleased with, I am sure that they wouldn't be working for Lee if he wasn't 100% happy with them.. As with most building work there were some unforeseen problems - e.g. more rubble in the roof than expected! The contractors delt with problems as they occurred. The finished work is better than what we had to start with! We were extremely impressed with the brick work - every effort was made to match it with our existing brick.The work is complete and we are very happy with it. Lee Ricky and his team of "merry men" have done a wonderful job. The company Potter House Group can handle anything to do with building I'm sure.....................
