He arrived on time, listened to my laundry list of storage needs, provided a fair quote and answered my questions.  Everything went as he had laid out (no surprises!).  The epoxy flooring turned out beautifully; cabinets were industrial grade melamine covered particle board and make the garage look "finished" and "clean"---installed perfectly.  David even came by and installed extra track upon our request, for no charge, several weeks after the job was done.  He truly stands behind his business reputation and provides superior service.  Would definitely consider this vendor again in future. <br />"

"These guys rock. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. We did original quote requests in July and we finally got around to having them start work in November. Scott and team were patient with our crazy schedule. They were courteous, very professional and have a good sense of humor! Their work is top-notch. All our new neighbors were most impressed. We can hardly wait for our sweltering summer heat to return so we can truly enjoy their work. Our backyard has a pool. There were never any aluminum shavings or metal bits in the pool or anywhere. They cleaned up perfectly every night. The build went very quickly once they were able to start. "The wooden gate and fence were really well built, and I painted it myself. Recently, I contacted the company to check a small issue with the gate. The company responded within days and made a repair at no charge. I was very happy with the work, and am currently considering using them for a much larger project. I used an Angie’s deal for the job, so I feel the price was decent, and without it the price may not have been competitive with other bids I initially received. Remember, the amount of hours you purchase for a job will include the worker arriving, assessing the job, compiling a materials/parts list, and running to the nearest hardware store to purchase and load/unload the lumber. In my case this took 2 1/2 hours, and my store is 15 mins away. Please consider this if you do not live reasonably close to a store. Mike Spencer came out for my initial estimate. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would recommend you ask for him when scheduling your first appointment."

"Daniel, Guliano and his crew were all amazing. Finding mold in my laundry room turned a small dryer vent project into a huge downstairs renovation project. As a first-time homeowner the situation felt stressful and overwhelming. Guliano came over to our house to assess the site and give us an estimate, they answered all our questions and they were very forward and honest about what the mold remediation process would look like. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in early the following week. As the crew began working, they found more mold, the project became much larger than any of us anticipated, Guliano called me with every update and change. They took pictures of the job as it progressed, which is extremely helpful for us to have on file. Every day the crew they left the area clean, and organized. Their work was extremely thorough. Daniel came for a final inspection when the job was complete. It is hard to find people that you can trust and that do not take advantage; We feel very fortunate to have found Tibi Home Design and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family! "For a job of this magnitude it went awesome.  I picked the right contractor for the job.  Apologies to John and co for the delay in writing this review.  My son was born a few weeks after the install so it has been a busy year.   <br /> I was impressed by the attention to detail and the painting of the wood that was replaced was a real plus for me.  I suspect this may not be the cheapest company you may find.  I think other companies would have not replaced the previously termite infested wood but long term I strongly believe I chose the best option here.  The painting was another plus.  It was high up on my two story home so if no painting happened I would have needed to get another contractor to finish the job.  John was a one stop shop in this regard and I really appreciate that aspect of the service. <br /> There were some downsides in terms of cleaning up post install debris but you would get this with any roof removal of this magnitude and I thought PRS did a good job here.  If I had to do it again though I might have done the following to aid the process: <br /> * don't remove everything in the garage but make it so that when the guys are putting plastic sheeting over your stuff, your stuff is arranged in such a way that it is easy to get the plastic over it.  IE: remove stuff off the top shelf of a shelving unit perhaps - pack away any loose stuff.  Just imagine yourself placing the plastic wrap over things, massive amounts of roof debris coming down, and see how it would resolve.  Anyhow, even though I did nothing here, and am a stage 1 hoarder, I still did not have to do that much vacuuming and post-cleaning in the garage!  <br /> * there was also some debris in my AC outside unit.  I saw they had plastic wrap over that initially but later it left.  I think if I had to do this again I would have shut the AC system down for the duration of the job and informed them of this fact so they could just leave the plastic in place.  IE: how do they know the system won't just come back on!  Just a tip here.  I did open up my outside AC unit and vacuumed all the roof stuff in there. <br /> * there was some debris in my kitchen vent over the stove.  I was concerned when I first turned it on (loud noise) but then it stopped and has been working fine ever since so a non-issue.  <br /> Anyhow, this was the extent of the debris annoyance which again, you would get with any contractor for something like this.  Hope this helps someone reading. <br /> John also worked very well with my solar contractor (REC Solar at the time, now part of Sunrun) and coordinated the stand off install before the final roof went on. <br /> In close, I found John to be very knowledgeable on all things roofing.  I think he has the best process and I highly recommend using him. <br /> <br />"
