Although he didn't have many reviews, they were all five stars so hiring him seemed like a good gamble. He showed up right on time, was extremely polite and professional with my wife and wrapped up the work at the promised time. He honored his estimate and gave us a good price on some additional work in the same bathroom. His workmanship was top-notch - no tile damage and really clean caulking seams around all borders. The quality of the caulk material was clearly far better than the stuff I've bought in the past. I'll definitely be calling him again for my next tile or grout maintenance work. <br />"

"Excellent quality work, professional team, they really know what they are doing and also provide expert advice about how to care for your floors after they leave. They twice cleaned carpets in a rental house that I own, and once cleaned and sealed the grout in a porcelain tile floor. They might arrive a little early or late if they have another job ahead of yours on the day they are scheduled, but they call to let you know. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for."

Then they regrouted the counter around our powder room sink. Again, the counter looks like new. They worked efficiently, wasting no time - done in about an hour. "My shower floor had developed a lot of calcium build up due to our hard water in San Diego.  The tile/grout flooring is fairly new (less than 5 years) but recently has not looked or felt 'new' even after regular cleaning.   I called The Grout Medic of San Diego for a free estimate to see if they could bring the tile and grout back to a newer/cleaner look.  The owner, Donna Smith, was able to come to my home the same afternoon I called for an appointment.  It was refreshing to see a woman working in this male dominated field!  Donna was not only professional in her appearance but in her knowledge of the problem and solutions.  While inspecting the shower floor, she noticed some cracks and missing pieces of grout.  She recommended removing/replacing the damaged grout and properly sealing it to avoid water damage to the floor below.  The technician doing the repair work was polite, thorough, and very respectful.  I'm very pleased with the look of my 'new' shower floor and would gladly use The Grout Medic of San Diego for any future grout/tile repair work! <br />"
