Although we had a design in mind before we hired Wright Brothers, they were able to offer suggestions to improve what we had already started. Their prices were very fair and the communication from the beginning to the end of the project was outstanding. We never felt pressured to do anything and they were always upfront and transparent when items outside the scope of work were identified. Guests are constantly amazed when they walk in our basement and see the before and after pictures. "Overall, I am very satisfied with my downstairs bathroom remodel. They demoed, rebuilt and and re-tiled the shower, removed and re-tiled the space as well as custom installed a vanity and sink in a very challenging space. Jimmy Jr. was very responsive from beginning to end and responded and fixed some quality control issues when their was a little miscommunication. I wanted to finish the drywall and paint to save a little and they worked with me though the drywall installation was a bit rough and took a bit of effort to mud and tape. They were prompt and worked hard. We had some surprises revealed after demo that required upwards adjustment of the price and they were fairly reasonable in negotiating this. Jimmy Jr works hard and fast as the project manager."
