"Excellent. A little pricey but worth it for the product quality, expert installation and lifetime warranty. Initial meeting/estimate was professional and informative. Plenty of follow up so I knew work was in progress. When product arrived, installation was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed quickly and professionally. I've used this company for replacement windows and replacement kitchen-garden window. The lifetime warranty is wonderful. "Don Wherren's work is exceptional. Walls were removed, every piece of woodwork from ceiling to floor was upgraded, custom made cabinets for television, computer, fire place mantel, book shelves, storage were built. Additionally, one contractor was hired years ago and never completed the work on adding a laundry room. Mr. Wherren came in and completed all the work, pulling all permits required and ensuring everything was built to code. I would not hesitate hiring him again or recommending him to others."

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move"
