"Great experience. We had washout area under the concrete surrounding our pool. Tarheel came out to review our project and gave us an estimate for injecting foam to raise our concrete that had fallen and also fill in gaps underneath that had washed out. Once we hired them, we got on their schedule. They sent reminders for our appointment, called the day they were coming to let us know when they would arrive. Tarheel performed the work, left our site clean. We are very happy with the service from beginning to end."

This resulted in a substantial savings.

They called me a few days before the scheduled date to reconfirm. They called again on the day of service to let me know when they would be arriving. They got here when they said they would and quickly got things set up and performed the work.

The raising and leveling of the concrete slab was done nicely and you cannot tell where the "settling" had been and they made sure that water would now drain away from the stairs. It looks great... and I subsequently had the concrete stained and sealed and you would never know there had been a problem.

"1. Mr. Hoskins parked his car and trailer in the driveway.  He and his crew were respectful in asking what I wanted
cleaned and removed in the crawlspace.
2. The workers used indicated trash containers and the trailer they brought for refuse removal.
3. They removed a shelf that had been wedged and nailed between two foundation pilings in addition to cabinets, garden fixtures, 
old windows/doors/shutters that had been stored, paint cans,etc. that had accumulated over the past 27 years.
4. All trash and refuse was removed and taken to the dump.
5. The job was completed in about 2 hours.
6. The crawlspace was ready for another company that had been contracted to put down a new moisture barrier.
