"Erwin was very responsive on my first call. He had to order a new motherboard control for my Samsung oven. When the part came, he was responsive in setting another installation date, and it is now in and working. Erwin is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call again, if I have a need for a repair. First service call was $120, part was $147, and I was not charged for the service call to install the motherboard. Very pleased!!"

"Technician was on time, got right to work and in no time had it repaired and running. This person was very respectful of our kitchen and furniture and was very personable. He did an expert job. We certainly appreciated his work. We highly recommend this company. On another note, I had incorrectly gave them a bad review when replacing our microwave, however that should not have occurred as they did a super job on that also. We will always use this company for any other repairs or replacements we need."

"My dryer was only 2 years old when it stopped working.  Coldapplianceman came out and diagnosed the problem immediately, discussed my options and did the repairs needed.  Being that the dryer was relatively new, Coldapplinceman was going to contact the manufacturer to report the problem.  However, he did not have to as while making the repairs, he found that a snake had gotten into the motor and burned it out.  
Repairs were made, area was cleaned up and clothes are happily being dried again.

"He contacted to ask if he could give us a quote for a potential washer/dryer stack install. When I told him the dryer I have now wasn't working (that's why we were thinking about going to a stack system) he said they do repairs, too, and he'd look at it. He went right to work and checked it out, cleaned the entire dryer, and replaced the thermal fuse that was bad. I got a price if we ever do make the change, but he went above and beyond what we thought he was coming for."
