"Jason is a very skilled home improvement contractor. He did for us exactly what we had asked him to do. We needed a wall moved, our shower made bigger and a jet tub installed. If there was a problem along the way he immediately addressed it.One of the challenges Jason is having is getting good help which is probably an across-the-board problem in the construction industry. He had some personal problems that got in the way of getting the project done in a timely fashion but he was always very apologetic and up front with me. I thoroughly appreciated that. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
