"From scheduling the appointment to the day of service, the professionalism of the Shine Bright staff was excellent. The gutter cleaning was performed by Nick who did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain how he would accomplish the job, showed areas of our gutters that needed repair and offered a solution. He left the areas below the gutters (all the way around the house) much cleaner than how he found them! Absolutely will hire them again and considering doing other services with them as well."

He came back a few days later for some additional projects. Built a new crawlspace door from scratch and repaired my attic access door that was splintering. Work was A++ This guy is a customer-oriented craftsman. Highly skilled and reliable."

"There were some hiccups in the job overall, however, management was EXTREMELY responsive in getting problems resolved, and the stone and backsplash turned out beautifully in the end.  The main issues were what could have been a 2 day job was 3 days due to a backsplash removal that took way too long. Also, installing the new backsplash did not go well on round one.  That being said, when I raised the issues to Noel, they immediately sent 3 managers to the house, we went over a plan to get everything fixed up, and they took some money off the overall price where it was fair to do so.  The job turned out beautifully in the end, and Noel mentioned they are taking the lessons learned forward.  I feel somewhat bad about the overall "b" rating, but that is the reality of how this particular job went.  I would not hesitate to recommend them though, and would certainly use them again.  They did provide excellent customer service to resolve issues.  They were also very pleasant to deal with prior to the actual job, which I did not find with other companies. The overall price was extremely fair as well.

"Jim and his associate made two visits to my property.  The first included fixing a garbage disposal, turning on the water in the barn and providing an estimate to run new water lines to install a washing machine in the garage apartment.  This job included tying in the installed lines into my septic system.  We found Jim to be an honest man, evidenced by his candor demonstrated after conducting a simple reset and clear of the garbage disposal.  Since we just moved into the property, we are busy and did not know/research/diagnose the history of that disposal, and a man without integrity may have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick buck.  This is not the case with Gentile Plumbing.  He knows the value of providing fair, high quality service to his customers.  We concluded from this episode that he clearly is focused on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, and that his business will continue to thrive and grow.  He understands that making a quick buck usually leads to losing customers when they inevitably discover that they were overcharged for unnecessary services. We appreciated this approach.  The second visit was to conduct the more complex and extensive retrofit for the washing machine.  Jim and his associate were on time, professional, courteous and respectful.  They completed the work in a timely and non-invasive manner (we had family visiting, and it did not throw off Gentile Plumbing in their focused manner in executing the job).    Jim also had to make a few adjustments as they proceeded with the job, but at no point did he try to re-cut the deal.  I would highly recommend Gentile Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services, as I am sure that they will receive professional work done at a reasonable price.  Well done!

"I had such a great experience with Tore'! He arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to my problem with the plumbing, and then asked several follow-up questions. When he got to work, he was diligent and kept me updated on what was happening. Tore' got the repair done,made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future and recommended a new garbage disposal to replace our rusty old one. Oh! And he also had a milkbone for my dog! Great experience with a fantastic service provider. I highly recommend Tore'!"

"I called to request a plumber and the nice lady who answered the phone asked if I had a tankless water heater or a tank.. I have a tankless water heater and she told me to use a hairdryer to thaw the pipes at the water heater. It worked like a charm!!!"

"Since Albert is a contractor and has the responsibility to clean up a job site...he did not complete the job as required.  In turn, I paid to have the debris removed for $157 and change.....Albert needs to remimburse me for the expense I incurred as a result of his failure to remove the debris as required by being a contractor.
