"We originally ordered carpet from a big box store. We did not realize the carpet was backordered, so we had been waiting for 6 weeks (and they could not give us a new estimate on when it might be in). I reached out to Randee to see if she could help us. She asked us to send over what type of carpet we had picked out prior to see if she could get a close match. Randee called the next day that she found some carpets that might interest us and we set up an appointment. Randee came on time and had the carpet panel to pick from. Once I told her which one we wanted, she called the warehouse to see if it was in stock. Luckily It was in stock, but we wanted to delay it for 2 weeks as we were finishing the remodel of our master bath. So we set a date and on that date the carpet installer showed up with the new carpet. He was very polite and installed it beautifully. It was such an easy process. I learned my lesson in using big box stores, so from now on I will go directly to Carolina Flooring and Carpet for all my flooring needs."

"If changing anything in your order, make sure your sales rep has updated the order before delivery. My sales rep was slow to respond (days rather than hours). When my carpet arrived, it was the color from the original order, not the change that was made 2 weeks prior. I had talked to company representatives several times trying to confirm the color change and it still arrived the wrong color. They were good about working with me and getting the install for the next day. Also, the trim and floor repair work that my sales rep said was noted and quoted in or order was not on the installers order, so I had to work with the Empire rep to get that resolved quickly. Overall, I was pleased with the product and customer service."
