"Leinbach Services is one of the most professional companies I've hired for home repair services. I have utilized them for several things around my home, but in particular I want to discuss their HVAC team. T.J. Laney is the HVAC technician assigned to my home (Leinbach tends to send you the same tech so as to develop a relationship with them, which is an awesome practice!) T.J. is a very courteous young man. He always calls before he comes to the house and is either exactly on time or even early! In addition he is very respectful of your home, very clean with his work and does not leave any mess at all. He is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC systems and is always able to diagnose and fix any problem (if the problem can be fixed, sometimes there is just nothing to do for broken HVAC systems, cars, appliances, electronics, etc as all mechanical things have a shelf life!) T.J. is also able to predict things that may go wrong with your HVAC system and give you tips on how to prevent that from happening (as he pays attention to the customer and listens to how they typically use and maintain their HVAC system, so that he can tell the customer things they may be doing that could damage their system or things that they aren't doing that they should do to prevent it from tearing up.) I consider T.J. as an HVAC Doctor being able to provide both preventive care and curing your HVAC when it is sick! Leinbach is very lucky to have such a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful employee. His attitude and work ethic are very admirable and also exemplary for other employees in any field. I am very glad to have discovered Leinbach Services and to have T.J. as the technician caring for my HVAC system."

"On Monday 28 September 2015, the Honey Do Service representative with whom I had previously made an appointment (Patrick Lilley) arrived at 11 a. m. (on time) to estimate the cost of repairs. He was present for one hour. On Thursday 08 October 2015 at 08:30 a. m. Charlie from Honey Do arrived and completed the estimated repairs for the agreed price. He finished by approximately 10:45 a. m. No problems occurred. All work was accomplished professionally."

"Curt and his helper showed up on time.   They took down the first of the 2 fans to be replaced.  Then, while assembling the first new fan and 4 foot down rod (both purchased at Home Depot) Curt pointed out that the down rod did not correctly fit the motor assembly and would have to be cut, and a new hole drilled in the down rod.   I decided rather than doing that, I would return the down rod to Home Depot and get one that would work, and he agreed, saying he would come back when I have the new rod.  <br /> I went to Home Depot.  The staff at Home Depot did their best to convince me that Curt didn't know what he was talking about, and the 4 foot rod (a Hunter rod, the only 4 foot rod the Home Depot sells) would fit the Hampton Glendale fan they sold me.  So I went back home, but something did not feel right.  Either Home Depot was right or Curt was right and I needed more proof.  So the next day I sent my wife (I had to work) to take both the fan and the down rod to Home Depot and make them show her it fit.  She did that.  Home Depot tried to make it fit, and it did not, and finally one of their staffers said "you'll have to cut it."  <br /> Long story short, Curt and his helper came back, cut the down rods, drilled the holes, installed the fans.  They work fine, look great. <br /> Curt charged me $175.00 for installing the 2 fans, and that included both visits.  For comparison, Home Depot charges $150 to install one fan.  So I got a bargain.  Both of us got the runaround from Home Depot though.   I learned that the short down rods that come with fans almost always fit, but be careful when buying longer down rods!   While at the store make them show you the longer rods fit! <br />"

"OUTSTANDING! Chad and his crew are absolutely first class. They are prompt, professional, honest, hard working, clean and the quality of their work is second to none. I have utilized many contractors throughout the past and without a doubt Chad is the best I have worked with. Chad created a laundry room and installed a complicated laundry chute for us and worked with us to blend it in to a piece of antique furniture. Chad and his crew took the time to clean up each day after they finished and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Chad is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chad brought the project in under his estimate (which was priced fair to start with) and in the amount of time promised. I WILL use Chad Henry again in the future and have recommended him to my son for a remodel that he is planning. I highly recommend Chad Henry Construction for your home repair / remodel needs."

"It could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. They were very professional, polite and talented. Hats off to Reliable Builders!! Thank you gentlemen!! You rock!"

"The work was impeccable.  He took pains to be sure the ceramic tile in our kitchen and porch were properly aligned and visually pleasing, in the cut of the tile and how he edged the front porch.  He also did an excellent job installing the countertop, faucet and sink.  He cleaned as he went (VERY important to us since these projects took several days to complete), and they were thoroughly professional in attitude and the quality of their work.  We also appreciated the detailed written quote he provided prior to being hired for the job.  Another biggie:  He showed up when and where he said he would......practically unheard of in the contractor world!  He and his wife were a delight to work with, and we frequently recommend them to family and friends."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Piney Flats, TN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
