"Hector and his crew did a fine job powerwashing and removing the dirty northside stains on our roof, including a portion that was metal. They also powerwashed our back porch and our chicken coop roof (metal) and its cedar siding; they all look sooooo much better! Definitely plan to use them again on more projects in the future. I had got estimates that was twice what Mike charged me and he did a excellent job. My house look better than when it was new. "Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"It was fine. There was an issue with the light they fixed temporarily. Thirty minutes after they left, it set off and the garage door light wouldn't turn on. Half of it would turn on and half of it wouldn't. It kind of messed around the bulb a little bit. It was kind of a routine check on the garage door. They changed the wheel for an additional price. Everything else seemed fine. One of the reasons that I really called them was to see what was the issue with the light, whether I needed to get the garage door replaced or not. It was with the warranty. They fixed the issue but only temporarily. They were professional."

"Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!
