"I had an outside faucet that started leaking. I was very tempted to try to fix it myself or even have one of my neighbors attempt it. After all, ;replacing washers should be easy! Right? However, since the faucet had probably been in place for 30 or more years and I have no working water shut off valve to the house, other than at the street, I was hesitant to let anyone but a professional try the repair. It did turn out only a professional could fix it. It was more than just a washer...the valve also needed replacing. The faucet was very old and that valve is no longer made, even the handle was brittle, frozen on the stem, and the shut off valve inside the house was frozen with age. I tried Angis. Literally within a few minutes I got a call from Kevin, owner of WKD. Shortly Kevin was at my house looking at the job. He gave me an estimate which was exactly what he charged - and the price was very reasonable for the work and time he spent here. He ended up having to cut out the old pipes in the basement, removed the old hose bib and installed a new hose bib with new pipes and fittings. I am pleased with the outcome. "It did not go well.  They installed a cheap attic fan and I had to have it replaced with a better one.  I thought the charge was excessive and wrote to the company - to no avail.
They wanted to sell me a new air conditioner and told me mine wouldn't last another summer.  It did.  I don't like the high pressure selling.

He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. Service was performed rather quickly, within an hour after actual work was begun. I would definitely hire them again."
