He communicate with me to let me know when he would be arriving, so I didn't have to wait around all day like you do for other people. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and got right to work on it. HE even let me assist so I can learn a thing or two. Danny worked hard the whole time he was there, and the best part was he stayed until the job was done. That meant he was working until 11pm. The work ethic Danny had was amazing. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
