"The person from Canoga (Craig) who came to give an estimate for replacing the unit was professional and worked quickly. He gave me a price before he left."

"<p>This was a standard kitchen remodel.</p> <p>Demo of existing kitchen, wall and ceiling repair, new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, blew out and added on to our breakfast nook, new flooring. Lighting overhead and under cabinet. </p> <p>Demo went smooth, house protected from dust. Construction crews were careful and courteous. We had a few small issues along the way but had Precise crews in immediately to take care of this. </p> <p>We searched very hard to find the best service for the best price, Precise did not disappoint us.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Kitchen is complete, we are now pondering the other home improvement projects they can help us with!</p> <p>Video of build: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQcp4tOp5EQ</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"A lot of things went wrong when Edrooter Sewer & Drain installed my water heater. It wasn't necessarily with the installation. They called me and I told them what I wanted. I figured they'd come out and check everything and give me different choices, but no, all of a sudden, I got an $1,100.00 bill. An employee brought our new heater out here and installed it without consulting me. The company kept calling him and calling him and he wasn't doing his work, so they fired him. They didn't give me a senior discount either. I paid the $1,000.00 because the heater was installed and I didn't think I had any choice but to pay them. I told them the capacity I needed, but there's a big difference in quality and price with the different manufacturers. I don't think it's very good business, to install a new water heater without first consulting with the customer as to what the customer wants."

"I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews. Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first. The work done overall was good, however... <br /> <br /> The clean-up was poor. There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles. I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is. When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here). The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already. I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items. <br /> <br /> He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt. The work was decent enough. I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. <br /> <br /> Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide. And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
