"I called them around 9:30am to explain the issue and ask if someone could come out and take a look. I had a small leak where the hot water outlet connects to the hot water heater. This couldn't be repaired. Within four hours I had a brand new hot water heater installed. They were very responsive and patiently answered my questions. The service was excellent. "The heater in our rental property, which is currently empty, stopped working and we live in Florida.  It was snowing in Ohio and we needed the heater fixed asap to make sure our pipes didn't burst.  I called Wells and they scheduled someone to go out immediately.  When they technician got there, he called me to tell me what the issue was and the cost of repair, the problem was they didn't have the part in stock and it was going to be several days before they would be able to fix it.  When I explained my concerns regarding the pipes and asked for suggestions, he offered to check and see if their supplier could possibly overnight the part to them.  In the meantime, he turned on all the faucets in the house for us to keep them from freezing.  He was able to get the part overnighted and the heater fixed the next day.  They did a great job and didnt even charge us to have the part overnighted.  GREAT company and extremely reputable.  Will use again in the future!
