When I called Nationwide App, Billy told me that there is no way they could give me an estimate over the phone, and that technician has to see the refrigerator first. The service call was $55.00. Michael came on time and after inspecting the fridge, all he did was resetting the computer board, and charged $55.00 service call. He told me that there is a big change it will fix the problem.
