Tito and his crew were able to establish the permit in three weeks - we waited on this same permit application for almost 9 months with another company without the result we wanted Tito kept me updated, informed, and every step of the project he let me know what was going on in my backyard His crew could not have been nicer or more hard working. I swear they were out there In 100 degree heat. The back porch that they completed surpassed all of our expectations and more. "MC Home did an incredible job customizing our new home. We found them August 2020, moved into the house October 2020 and began work in November. The crew was a delight to have at the house everyday while we were home working, of course noisy with the demo but we made it work! Availability for materials/doors/windows delayed the project at times which was out of their control. Word of advice during home remodel during Covid, don't delay decision making! Eric did a great job explaining things that we didn't know or other ways to think of how to build/style. The sunroom is hands down our favorite room in the house. The fireplace needed a makeover - MC Home gave some great suggestions on trim/moulding styles and it was done in a week. Overall, I appreciated the time Eric and the team took to make sure we understood the process and keeping us in the loop as it progressed each week. Project costs were reasonable and in line with industry standard. We'll definitely recommend them to friends/family and use MC Home in the future!"

"We moved into a new house in August and wanted to have our garage cleaned and repainted. As the floor was badly marked I decided to have epoxy or polyaspartic flooring done so I looked online for a local provider. David and the company had great reviews so I contacted him for a quote. He was quick to respond, call out and quote and then start the job when I agreed the price. He actually managed to reschedule his work to suit my timeline which was really appreciated. "Dominick recently replaced all of our floors with hardwoods and tiled out our laundry room. Took a little bit to get going but well worth the patience. I'm amazed every time I walk into my house and I literally go room to room just to look at them. I am beyond picky and decided this needed a professional to get done right. "Nathyn and crew arrived on the date scheduled, right on time.  He started right away completely gutting our main bathroom, but managed to cause only a minor inconvenience by creating a make-shift shower that we were able to use the next day. He tiled the tub and shower area, including the shower ceiling, which gave it a very clean, uniformed look. <br />  He also completely gutted a half bath, finishing it with wainscot, tile border and paint (look great) and partially renovated the kitchen by moving an entrance way, removing wallpaper, priming and painting the walls, installing porcelain tile on the floor and installing crown molding. <br /> In addition, he fixed a problem we had with our existing moldings around the cabinets, that plagued us for years and repaired a leaking window.  We had another problem with our heating duct work but Nathyn came up with a very creative solution to re-route  some of the ducts and get the return duct functioning.   <br /> The renovation in our family room came out beautifully because of the detailing that Nathyn did such as, building columns in the corners of the room which gave the walls beautiful architectural character and making a built-in shelf for displaying knick knacks.  <br /> We have lived in our house for over twenty-five years and we have to say that Nathyn was one of the best contractors that we have ever used. He was able to tackle any problem that he encountered in our older home (built in 1958) and paid attention to many small details. <br /> His knowledge of and dedication to his work was something we haven't seen in a while. Also, If a small problem arises he will not "nickel and dime" you. He only does one job at a time which may mean a short wait, but his work is worth waiting for; we already have a project lined up for the spring! <br /> In closing we would like to say that we highly recommend Designer Developments not only for the outstanding work that Nathyn does, but also because he is true to his word and goes above and beyond the contracted work. He takes pride in the final outcome of the job almost as if it were his own house. <br />"

Fleres got back to me in 15 minutes, and provided me with a ton of information that helped guide me to the right place. He provided contact information to other resources. His willingness to help even though he would not earn a dime from me was awesome. If we was willing to help me in that way, image how attentive and honest he is to his paying customers. "In a word, the overall experience was Excellent! Starting with my initial introduction to Dave via his on-site visit to gather information for an estimate, I was very impressed... he arrived on-time and with his plumbing and electrical sub-contractors. The three did a thorough walk-thru and review of the architect's blueprints. Dave returned his written estimate quickly, and was the only contractor I engaged who provided an estimate with breakout details (ie demo and framing would be $x, electrical $x, plumbing $x, etc.) vs a "one price covers everything". I selected Dave from the three contractors being considered because he provided a very fair price, had a high number of very positive reviews (plus I directly called many of the names on his referral list, and all were glad to give their recommendation based on their experience with Dave and his company) and also because Dave shared his insights and answered questions in a way I'd expect he'd do with an immediate family member. Once the contract was signed, I was introduced to his excellent office staff. Bonnie did a fantastic job working through all the items necessary before the start of the project, and then Carol expertly oversaw all the details once the job began. Kudos to both for making the entire E2E process as painless as possible... can't thank you both enough! The job itself started a couple months later, and that was due to the full calendar of Dave's previously contracted jobs... so word to the wise... don't wait as I did until late Spring/early Summer to sign the contract and think your job will start immediately. Given the quality of the work Dave and his team provide, the prospect of potentially having to wait a bit for start is well worth the wait. The job involved demolition of an existing master suite extension (down to the foundation) and then re-frame/re-build from ground up. Dave's framing team have worked together for years and certainly have their roles/responsibilities mastered... everyone did their part expertly and in perfect synch with the work of their peers. Once framed and closed in, the job transitioned into finishing activities, and this is where Dave's done a great job of vetting a set of great sub-contractors he's hired for many years now. Everyone of the subs used I'd recommend to anyone (plumbing, flooring, tile, drywall, paint, insulation). I felt each of them treated their job with the same quality level and detail they'd display when doing the same job at their own home. So kudos to Dave for aligning himself with such a strong set of subs, as he knows his own positive reputation is directly linked to the quality of those he hires/recommends. Throughout the entire job, Carol did a great job of coordinating all the multiple activities, kept me current on what I could expect next in the work schedule, and abreast of how the billing was tracking against the original estimate. I'm pleased to share the total cost was perfectly aligned with the original estimate. And that was not a surprise, as Carol kept me posted with each phase of the project how we were tracking against the original estimate. The result of the completed project was a master suite that met/exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to remodel or build a home... the experience I had was top notch from start to finish..."
