"I hired MVA concrete to extend my patio in our backyard. The owner, Alessio, was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. He and his staff did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him and/or use him again in the future. Great experience."

"We are first time homeowners and had a clogged pipe that resulted in water damage in the basement and damage to our roof from a storm within a few month period. We've never had to file a claim before or deal with this level of damage, and I didn't know where to start (do I call the insurance company, how do I navigate the process?). A friend who had worked with Funari in the past recommended them to me. I'm so glad they did! They did all the work, talked me through the process, and handed me a check at the end. They are professional, competent, and definitely worth their fee. Highly recommend!"

"<br /> Basements Love US came out in a terrible rain storm to address a water leak in my concrete basement. They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air. "I had a leak in my kitchen for years. Every time a contractor looked at it, they would "fix it" and 6 months later the leak would return. Joe Law's team surveyed my roof, sent me pictures, gave me a brand new roof and then did a hose test to make sure the leak was fixed. The guys arrived early and finished quickly. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't definitely hire again."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Pitman, NJ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
