Mold was also found in on the exterior wall. Since we live in a townhouse, Mold N More Decontamination was not able to remove the siding to treat it. "I've been in my home over 12 years so things tend to need work. RMR was the first contractor who provided a detailed explanation of what work was to be completed, time estimate, cost and how payment was to be made. It was a contract signed by myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all areas affected by mold. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to the job. I can walk in the basement now without the smell of something rotten, mold. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Presley and one other man whose name I cannot remember.
