UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. I met Ralph Rohn and Carl Caldwell, owners of Triangle Classic Homes (TCH) at my rental home that needed renovating from a fire.  The home was declared a total loss by my insurance company.  They looked at the project and agreed to give an estimate for the repairs.

After the initial meeting, Carl was my main contact and headed up the project.  I got three estimates and TCH's estimate was right in the middle of the other two estimates.   I chose (TCH) because of their outstanding recommendations and an A rating on Angie's List.  Boy did I hit the jack pot.  TCH, and Carl in particular dad a superb job renovating my home.  Everything on the inside of the house had to be torn down and replaced to include the frame, sheetrock, flooring, plumbing and electrical.  The things that were important to me and impressed me the most were:  Carl was very professional, yet friendly and approachable.  I am a people person and so is he.  He gave me a start date and the work began that day.  He gave me an estimated completion date and the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.  Carl was thorough and efficient.  He returned all my calls and text messages promptly.  He kept me informed at every level of the project.  If Carl saw something minor that needed to be done that was not in the contract, he did it without additional cost to me.  He directed me to great supply sources for cabinets, flooring, light fixtures and appliances,

I told Carl that I was not going to rent the home again and I wanted to sell it.  He was very helpful in giving me tips and advice on things that I could do to make the house more marketable.

I was very pleased and happy with the entire job by TCH.  I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.  If you hire TCH you will not have any of the nightmares you sometime hear about with other contractors.

Now that the renovations are completed, I have a beautiful modern home with all the newest features and updates on the market today and I feel like I gained a friend in Carl.  After being on the MLS one day, my house is under contract.

"Did a beautiful job and it laid out perfect- was framed out spot on and trim work was perfect. The cutting of brick and re bricking was so good you couldn't tell where new brick was laid. Installed shutters and a header piece to dress it out. Clean up was great and guys and girl were professional and friendly. Easy to work with. Would recommend to any one for any remodel job. In fact next week they will replace some trim piece damaged in a storm"
