He showed up on time every day that he said that he and his crew were coming. Anyone who was in our house was working unless they were having lunch. He found some issues with our floorboard by the dishwasher that had rotted. His team showed us and they fixed it quickly. He was easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job on demo and kitchen cabinet install and our new laminate flooring install. He asked us to inspect things and let him know if anything needed adjusted. We found a few things we wanted done and he came back 4 days later and adjusted them. We decided to go with him after the project to paint the whole house. Again not the cheapest bid, but they bought the paint, showed up when they said, cleaned it all as if they had never been there. We donâ t have anymore big projects to do, but we hear from our neighbors that he has done small projects for them. We will definitely use York again. He is professional, punctual and pays attention to detail."
