"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Juan did a great job installing new backsplash tile in our kitchen behind sink, range and center counter. We had chosen a tile made of glass that was very small and was a real challenge to install. Juan worked with it to get it right and did excellent work. The job took him an extra 1/2 day beyond what he had originally thought but he honored his quote of 2500 plus materials, which he billed at cost. He worked fast and efficiently and arrived at the same time every morning when he said he would."

"I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.
In addition, the plumber that was sent, spent two hours at my home. There was no additional charge.

When he arrived (early on the date of install), he re-confirmed the price prior to starting as $340 and asked if this was OK, as he now had a firm price on materials. I OK'd the quote, he performed the install and was done very quickly. Not only was he efficient, but friendly, and did an exceptional job. I would hire Ertan again without hesitation."
