"Our experience with Blawnox Upholstery was wonderful. Miranda and Meghan went out of their way to help us choose fabrics that met out decorating and financial needs. The men who picked up and returned our love seat and sofa were polite, punctual and very respectful of our home and furniture. The final product exceeded our expectations. Their meticulous work resulted in a beautiful sofa and love seat. We are grateful to all at Blawnox Upholstery and would highly recommend them.
"

"My poor winged back chair and ottoman were destroyed over the years by puppies that we fostered. I looked around the Pgh area and got quotes from different businesses to get the chair and ottoman reupholstered. I went onto Angie's List and found Santom Upholstery and Refinishing. Since they had an "A" rating, I called them, sent them a picture, and they got back with me very quickly with a quote. The service and quality was impeccable, price was great, and the final product was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them, and will be sending other pieces of furniture their way.
"

"Every experience that we’ve had with them has been fabulous. This first one that we got, they weren’t actually Kenny Ross yet, it was owned by another company. So technically, we only bought 3 from Kenny Ross. They’re fabulous, they bend over backwards to take care of us."

"It went pretty well. They got the lighter stains taken off. The high traffic areas weren't cleaned as well as I hoped."

"I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CHEAP IT WAS TO GET THIS SHOE FIXED. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT WHAT A GREAT DEAL IT WAS. I TOOK THE SHOE IN AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK. IT WAS DONE IN A WEEK, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS QUICK. WHEN I PICKED UP THE SHOES, THE SASSY OLD LADY WHO WAS WORKING BEHIND THE DESK GAVE ME A LITTLE GRIEF ABOUT LOSING MY SLIP - UNDERSTANDABLE, I SUPPOSE. THE WORK DONE ON THE SHOE IS UNNOTICEABLE; THE FIT IS AS GOOD AS ALWAYS."

"Bonnie did an amazing job finding padding options for me to choose from. She ordered the ones that I had chosen. Ed did a perfect job on both of the boards. I was very happy with the designs that Ed made with the new padding. My paddleboards look better than I could have ever imagined.
"

"I got my suede dress boots wet and muddy a few weeks ago when I was riding in my husband's work truck. I didn't realize that the mud mats were coated in mud, and that the ridges of the mats were so deep. The bottom line was that I ripped up the suede on the wedge heels, and got jobsite mud all over them. I thought they were ruined, and they're my very favorite boots.
I took them to Charles, and he did his magic. He cleaned them, and glued the suede back down, and they look almost like new.
He repaired black leather pumps for my daughter last year. She had worn them when she went out on New Year's last year to the South Side. They were beat up and torn up and scuffed and ready for the garbage when she wore them home. But Charles the Cobbler did his magic, and made them presentable again.
He's the best!
"
