"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

We fill all holes with wood filler, set nails if needed, and sand every room 2 to 3 times to get all scratches and stains out, I'm new to Angie's List but not to floor sanding. This is all I do, so don't hire a general contractor that does a little of everything. I have the best equipment for the job, not the small machines you can rent. When you call me, I do all the work myself, some companies have young inexperienced guys that don't know what they are doing also getting hourly rate so they don't care as much. When you call me you get me from start to finish 15 years experience. I guarantee all of my work, Thank you look forward to doing business with you. "got a kitchen upgrade, carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and upgrade. The flooring and carpeting installation was very good and the kitchen upgrade was satisfactory. I noticed some areas that the paint was flawed and a runner for one of the kitchen drawers fell off and needs replaced. I stopped a the store in Plum in November of 2024 and the representative took my name to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing and approximately may of 2025 went back to the store and spoke with someone that said they were the warranty person. I told her the situation and she said she would set up an appointment. I got an email asking to send picture which was ridiculous and heard nothing else. I went to the store about 2 weeks ago and the person I spoke with said she is the sales manager and would take care of it right away. Obviously I have heard nothing since then. The repairs I am requesting are relatively simple. I spent approximately $30,000.00 and would have hoped for some better service. People come into my home and n/otice the door crooked"
