"There was some issues that I had to address with the individual. There was definitely room for improvement but he was above average. Things that could be improved was maybe time management. It took longer than I think he expected. He may have been good at what he did but he was a terrible businessman. The paperwork was just, I guess that is the part of doing it all. Just the paperwork. The business part of it, I don't think he was trying to cheat me or anything like that. He just did not seem to know what he was doing. I had to kinda guide him through the paperwork. After the fact, he was too casual with it but part of that is my fault. I should have demanded more specific in the contract, he was too general in the contract. There was too much room for play, for a lack of a better expression. That bothered me as we were doing it. He should have been more specific for all parties involved for protection. When you are talking thousands of dollars from my perspective as a customer"

"Job was tuck pointing, concrete porch staining, and bridge rebuild. The crew was always late arriving but the work was getting done. Then things began to go south - the color of the staining was not what we were looking for and this was blamed on the age of the concrete. Would have been good to know before it was stained and sealed that is why you consult with an expert. Then work began on the bridge which went pretty well. The issue is that the work was never finished and now no response to calls, texts - nada. So - Inspected the bridge and the mortaring was never finished on the one side and on inspecting the rebuilt light posts bricks were loose and the back sides were never mortared. Repaired myself as I had to finish the project. Sum total - fair price on the bridge repair, tuck pointing, brick work. Overpriced on the staining work. The work in some parts was very good - others as I mentioned above looked rushed and just not done. The communication and callbacks/texts was unacceptable and now they have just moved on - no answer or correspondence at all or a final job inspection."

"Woodford brothers did a great job waterproofing my basement. There estimate was right on par with other companies and actually a bit lower. The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodford Brothers."

"Travis is a professional businessman. He removed patio stones to raise them up after settling. He also had to add cement to a pad by the pool to raise that up. There was a problem with the original mortar. Travis promised to make it right. He kept me in the loop from beginning to end. He also called me and texted me to let me know what was happening and what he had to do. I would recommend Travis to anyone who would like a businessman you can depend on. "This is our Second Concrete Patio that Mario created for us, due to the fact that the first patio did not turn out as well as we had hoped it would.  Mario new were not pleased with how the patio turned out, and he was very concerned with doing a good job for us, so after talking things over with him, we all decided to pour another patio near the previous one, but no changes were made to the first patio.  After several rain delays the second patio was created and looks really good.  It meets all our needs and expectations.  We were very impressed with Mario's' willingness to complete a second patio for us after the first one did not satisfy our needs. I would also like to add that delays are part of the contracting business please be patient and know that your contractor is doing the best he can to get the job done as quickly as possible for you.  Mario was very considerate, and polite throughout the job, he called us often and made sure we knew what was causing the delays. We are very happy with the 2nd patio. Mario did a wonderful job and we hope to see him next year to install concrete sidewalks around our home.  Thank you Mario, this was a job well done, and I know we will enjoy many summer parties on that patio, with all our friends and family."
