"Tony performed diagnostics and determined that a new fan motor was needed. UPDATED AS OF 08/07/2020: They replaced central A/C moto, it went very good. Sorry that Tony P. had to endure the 90 degree temperature."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful and well-trained professionals. They serviced my appliances and solved my issues on the same day whereas other service companies would not. Liv Air is the best HVAC service provider and I highly recommend their services."

"1. They had the best price out of all of the estimates from other contracters. In fact, it was over 50% less than the highest estimate. 2. Although the price was low, they exceeded my expectations on the quality of the installation. I received a quality unit and the installers ( Tom, Miles, Joe ) took attention to their work with all connections neatly routed. They also took their time to explain some items such as the overflow switch for the drain and the operation of the new thermostat. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and recently mentioned them to one of my neighbors who are also in the market for a new AC system."

"They did an exceptional job replacing my manufactured home furnace/central AC/thermostat despite encountering some problems removing the 30 year old system. And they got it all done in a day!"

"The technician was very professional and was able to answer many of my questions about the condition of my HVAC system that I inherited and its probable lifetime. I sensed that he was being honest and straightforward. Rather than accept his extensive list of possible replacement parts, I opted to have him install the one that he believed to be the most urgent- the capacitor. So far the unit seems to be functioning well."

"se  Rob is a dream come true. As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Very well Air conditioning unit installed in one day. Prompt, neat and efficient. There is always an actual person answering the phone. . ."

"Excellent HVAC and Solar installation services! They did a great job installing a new HVAC system for us a few years ago, so we sought their services again for Solar installation. They were very professional both times: provided pricing right away, technicians were polite, and job was completed in a thorough yet efficient manner. Jobs well done!"
