"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. "I hired Paragon a year and a half ago in 2016 to remodel a small galley kitchen and bathroom in a one bedroom in Manhattan. Overall, I thought they did a really nice job and would also have rated them a B+ (like one other rater had suggested) had this rating been available. I enjoyed working with Paul B, and Kyle, and the rest of the crew. They were professional, hard working, and a bunch of good guys. I think their labor pricing was reasonable based on my other comparisons. While I haven't done any remodeling before, I assume there is always some hiccups along the way. Process-wise, I believe there could have been slightly more communication/written organization rather than relying on verbal (e.g., the initial kitchen back splash was tiled staggered though I had asked for it to be stacked. This was easily corrected but it would have brought more comfort had everything been in writing). I also felt the plumber could have been a bit more professional. I had bought a shower system that didn't seem terribly complicated to me but he didn't seem to understand how the system worked, scaring me to thinking that I ordered the wrong parts. Eventually he got it but I was surprised that he wasn't familiar with it. The toilet also wasn't set properly initially on the wax ring so there was some leaking initially with the toilet. That said, they were great at coming back and resetting and fixing the issue per their guarantee. I tend to be a picky customer in all aspects of my life. My bar is pretty high so i did ask them to redo some of the tiling in the bathroom as it wasn't as smooth as I had expected. Again, they did reset it and generally had a good attitude about it. All in all, I liked the folks at Paragon, and appreciated Tom letting me pick the specific material I wanted for the project. I thought the pricing was reasonable, the crew worked hard, and they were fairly responsive to my high bar. And 1+ years out, the renovation is still good with no signs of any problems."

"We needed a new roof in days not weeks and we were getting quoted sky high prices. Seci Construction not only came in with the lowest bid from a master elite roofer but they set us up to start work in days not weeks. When it was raining heavily on the day we picked, Seci Construction came in on the next day, a Sunday, to get the work done. When it started to drizzle on Sunday, they kept putting on the roofing through the rain. Cesi Construction will tell you to be there when they do the work and they are right. Once the shingles came up, Cesi Construction offered to replace all of our 3/8" panels with 1/2" panels. This would have doubled the price of the job, so we checked the state code and found that 3/8" was good enough, so we said to stick with what we had, and there was no argument. Cesi Construction worked two days, started on a Sunday, worked through the rain, and got us a brand new beautiful roof."

He was able to repair wood siding on my house that several other contractors did not want to touch, so a positive problem solver! Window trim around a difficult to reach window in the basement was also repaired which came out perfect, as well as some rotting wood on the outside trim of the house. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  Was very impressed with his use of a remote controlled drone aircraft to visually inspect my roof without having to actually climb on the roof.  He did use a ladder to replace a damaged tile.  Based on my conversation with him, I think this company would be competent to handle just about any roofing challenge, residential or commercial.
