"installed a new vapor sensor ,water heater started right up"

"The plumber answered my initial call and I was able to describe the problem we were having with the guest room shower fixture that only produced very hot water. I sent him a photo of the fixture. He came the next morning and replaced the cartridge, unclogged the drain in the tub, and fixed the stopper that was not closing properly. All of his services were priced reasonably!"

"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."

"After previously using Rob a year ago had him come to set up a new slop sink in the laundry room.  I had the existing pipes cut to add a hot and cold water line and a drain into the pipes being used for the washing machine.  The job was completed to my expectations.   Very happy with the service and will continue to use and recommend to others."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."

"We have been using Purely Water for over 20 years now, for our current home and previous home in West Milford. Our relationship with Roger began with him first trying to fix our contaminated drinking water problem over the phone, without Purely Water charging us a penny! Only when the common culprits and DIY fixes were ruled out did we meet Roger, who installed a water purification system that made sure our family of 5 would be drinking safely and healthy from our taps. This family business is ALL about solving problems and customer satisfaction. I have recommended Purely Water to several of our neighbors who now also boast of their amazing work, professionalism, and customer service. I highly recommend Purely Water to anyone who is in need of the services that they offer! John McCarthy"

"Heater was making a knocking sound and of course it was the holiday season. Braido came out right away and found a fan part needed replacement. The parts vendor was closed but they came out the next available day and had everything running smooth."

"great- from boiler cleanings to trying to find out why the heat in these 1921 steam radiators isen't reaching the bathroom. The oil is delivered in a timely manner and I get to negotiate my contract and have payments spread across the year. It's great. I like them"

"I had a service contract w/PSE&G for water heater. The technician came Monda morning, and informed me due to calcium buildup heater would have to be replaced. He gave me the number to a 3rd party affiliate. The affiliate gave me a quote for $1659.00. I questioned if sales tax was included the rep did not know. After informing him of the law regarding Capital Improvements, I decided to submit a work order through HOME ADVISOR. Within minutes my phone was ringing. No one was willing to give a quote over the phone and then I spoke with Steve (Water Heaters of NJ). Before I could ask, Steve informed me no sales tax would be charged (he knew the law). He gave me a quote that was much lower than $1659.00. Steve recommended a Rheem water heater. He requested pics of the location. The next day, the techs arrived. Within 45 minutes to 1 hour they were done. I highly recommend Hot Water Heaters of NJ."
