"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Very professional, install team showed up at 7:50am, slated for 8am. Removed all my windows, were very careful with removal, used drop clothes and disposed of all related trash. My new windows look great. The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install. A real great, professional team. I would highly recommend them for any window replacement."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I left a message with Seci to inquire about a quote to replace my roof. Keith got back to me the same day and we made an appointment for an estimate. Keith came to the house and thoroughly explained the roofing system. I knew this would be a big and pricey job as my roof had the original cedar roof plus 2 or 3 layers of asphalt shingles...and it all had to go. I got quite a few quotes for the roof. Seci wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either. I felt their pricing was competitive and had a good feeling about the service they would provide. Achilles came out and did a walk through and we moved forward with scheduling the job. On the day the work was to start, the crew was at the house by 7:30 am. They worked 12 hour days and were very efficient with their time. Achilles and Keith were always available for questions and checked on the job regularly. After the gutters were installed, they made sure I was satisfied with the entire job."

"Wonderfully. The Al-Arsh crew is always reliable, prompt, professional and highly-skilled. Their work is always done exceptionally well and the owner, Malik, always makes sure it is finished to perfection. Even when we needed something tweaked or if plans changed after they finished, they come and do whatever is needed when needed, cheerfully. Their prices are more than fair and they guarantee their work. We have had Al-Arsh do work for us over the years totaling at least $250K and we ALWAYS chose them."

"Sorry for the delay in getting this review out.  Dave and his crew are outstanding, being very competitively priced, having excellent quality, and pride in their work.  
At times it was difficult to contact Dave LOL, but he does eventually respond, usually in the late afternoon.  When we scheduled the start of the project, it had been 11 days since my last communication with him, but he did indeed get back to me the day before the project, and confirmed he would be there on the scheduled day to start, and there him and his crew was!  He is so popular, that if he answered the gazillion phone calls during the day, he wouldn't get work done.  This is why he makes most phone calls after his work day.
Him and his crew went right to business, tearing down my wall, saving my bay window even though I only asked him to try since my friend wanted it, and kept it in great shape while removing it!  
The first day the door was in, and the subsequent days put the siding they had initially removed, put up drywall, sanded and painted.  
I even paid extra to patch up the butcher job of a hole on another wall i attempted to fix earlier this year.  I also paid extra for debris removal, 
They went above and beyond to complete the job as they patched up and painted an adjacent wall in my dining room where my wife keeps her "Wall of Fame"  with 50 + framed pictures.
These negative reviews are borderline comical.  ALL contracting companies have 1 or more laborers to assist the with the process of completing jobs.  Do you want the head contractor spending time going to his/her work truck to pick up tools that will be needed in a future process of that respective job?  Come on people!  These guys are perfectionists who know you have a deadline you want to meet with the completion of your job as well!
I have already told my friends and family about Nilsen Building and Remodeling, and I highly recommend them.
