"Outstanding workmanship and professionalism!  We can't say enough good to express our satisfaction with TFL. They did all they said they would do and more and delivered everything with a smile. 
We had to move a very large, heavy, hurricane glass window in our family room to make it aesthetically pleasing - and because it continued to leak "somewhere" (no one could find the source of the leak).  Tom (owner of TFL) came to estimate the repair/move cost when he said he would.  He then arranged for all the city/county permits and approvals including engineering drawings and made a plan to complete the job that worked within my schedule.  I flew all the way from CO to get the work done.  Other contractors have failed to show up for work after making definite appointments wasting our time and money - not TFL.
Tom and his crew showed up promptly and maximized the work that could be accomplished each day.   The work is beautiful both inside and outside (whole wall had to be stuccoed outside as well).  I am so happy with the final outcome.  They were even available to do some other projects while they were here at my house.  If you want high quality, dependable work done at prices that won't break your bank, call TFL Development.  We will happily do business with them again.

"This company saved me from an unlicensed contractor. I called and explained my situation and they were very responsive. They came out quickly. They evaluated my flooring and told me that I did not have to replace the subfloor. He offered a solution that saved me time and money. "Having a water line burst in the attic was not what we were anticipating when we were on vacation, however thats exactly what happened.  Not having ever been in this situation, I was not sure where to begin to fix the problem.  A friend recommended DRIMAXX due to some work they performed on his mold issues in his home and he was very satisfied.  After calling DRIMAXX and telling them the problem, they responded to my home in less than an hour.  There was water flowing down my drywall in several rooms, the ceilings were caving in and all the insulation in the attic had to be removed.  They set up multiple dehumidifiers, powerful air blowers (large commercial fans), removed all base boards and crown moldings, etc.  The amount of work which was needed to be done was mind boggling.  DRIMAXX made this horrible situation easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.  The employees were friendly and genuinely were concerned about the loss I suffered.  After a week of the water removal, they came in and made my home look better than new.  Very satisfied.

"The end result is everything that I had hoped for.  The tile work and grout is excellent, as are the roof and wall repair and painting.  When I returned to the house weekly, the crews were very friendly and were working very hard.  The workers voluntarily fed the stray cats for me, replaced air conditioner filters after removing the floor tiles, and tried very hard to keep my house clean.  
     The only suggestion I  have  is  that the contractor give the owner more updates on the progress and any issues/questions that arise during the process, especially when the owner has relocated to out of town family during a  4+ week remodel.   
   Overall, I am very pleased with the work and how quickly they were able to start.  I would reccomend this contractor for any remodeling job, and would hire him again.
