"Tommy came on a Monday to install a replacement part in my 20-year-old Moen faucet. The company had sent me the repair kit, free. Tommy was not able to make the repair. I agreed to buy another faucet at Home Depot, and he would come back on Thursday to install it. On Thursday, he found that one of the parts of the new faucet was defective. Tommy said he would try to get a part to replace the defective one and complete the installation. I could use the faucet, but it was not securely attached to the sink. The following Monday, he brought a replacement part, but it was the wrong one. Finally, on Friday he brought a part that fit, and finished the installation. It seems as though the process was more problem-filled than one would expect, but Tommy followed up and completed the project to my satisfaction. He did not charge me for more than one trip to my house, even though he made four trips. The cost was $99 for the installation and $33 for parts"

Explained process. Cleaned up after service. Honored Angie's List offer. Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"

"Ron power washed the algae from my house, pergola, and deck. Then he painted the shutters, pergola and deck. He even came back and put a second coat on the deck floor because he thought it looked a bit spotty. He fixed a bit of rotting wood as well. All in all a good job."

They were average. They were nice guys but didn't really do what I thought they would do. They just seem really disorganized. Two guys working on one faucet, it took a couple of hours and it is still dripping.
