They accommodated my work schedule and came on a Saturday even though that was outside their posted hours. However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts.
