"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"Frank went to the home I was buying, in another state, and got all the measurements he needed. He then came to the home I was selling to give me a personal shopping experience and a quote. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job! Everything was done well, done quickly, and all the staff (from sales, to office personal, to install crew) was friendly and professional. Would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. He was extremely courteous to us and our house. Super glad we worked with the both of them!"

This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. "A portion of our wood floor was damaged due to a water leak. DAC responded quickly to my request and gave a price for the repair. The work was done professionally and with efficiency. They ended up replacing the underlayment material with an upgraded product, and as a result the repaired area flooring feels better and is quieter. They did a fine job and we are very pleased."

"The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do <br /> recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."
