"The best! Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant were a pleasure to work with over the course of several months last year. I have dealt with many contractors, both personally and professionally, and I can tell you that they should be your first call on any project. The work was done on time and on budget. We added some things to the project, but in no way did they push us to add a single additional item. In fact, we added a complete rebuild of the deck after the project had begun and there was no premium on the additional cost as compared to other contractors who know they have a captive audience. They were present at the property nearly every single day of the project, including Saturdays, as opposed to other contractors who simply give the work to subcontractors and check in once or twice a week, at best. In other words, they know what is going on at all times and are able to give guidance and direction to the subs, and us, on site. They are also more than willing to listen and make any adjustments without crushing you with additional costs! And, they actually work and work hard (especially through the brutal, brutal summer heat last year when we lost our air conditioning for a couple of weeks). I have known Keith and the crew for many years and there is nobody else I would trust to complete such an extensive project which included: completely new roof, all new siding, replacement of every single window in the house (which Keith, Hank, Michael and Grant) did personally, new addition (which included replacement of primary first floor structural beam), new primary bath and primary closets, new flooring, whole house painting including ceilings and more. Lastly, they don’t bite off more than they can chew which sets them so far apart from every contractor we have ever dealt with. Personal touch, presence, attentiveness and excellent workmanship. "Ryan Jones is the most competent contractor I have worked with. I have done many renovations to my 1059 year old house. This time we had two small rooms reconfigured into 1 master bedroom. Heat, electricity, framing, a beam added and plumbing were all part of the project. All done impeccably. Ryan’s strength is his knowledge, problem solving skill and excellent communication skills. "I hired Nicopal Construction to demo and gut my finished basement. It was a horrible dirty job, so I had a very hard time finding a company that would take the job without re-finishing the basement when complete. Vincent, the very friendly owner, came by and provided an estimate. He understood that I wanted to move quickly, so he scheduled the job the following week. I really appreciated his urgency in moving on the project. First day John and Vincent came out to begin work. Don’t let John’s youthful appearance fool you. This young man is a total workhorse! He has the work ethic of a Depression era coal miner. He enjoys hard work, and, just as important, does excellent work. With any project we hit some snags, but Vincent and John were always keeping me updated. In the end; the job was completed and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Again, special thank you to John. He really did a great job. As with any project, there is a level of stress. I have to say, Vincent was awesome to work with during the whole process. Here’s an example, after work was complete and final payment was made, there was some additional work that was missed (this was my fault and not Nicopal’s). Vincent stayed in communication with me and came back out to complete the work! I have never experienced that level of service from a contractor. Usually once they get their final payment you never see them again. This is not the case with Nicopal Construction. Thank you, Vince! You truly are a man of your word. "It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

"Iâ m not one to write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know how grateful we are to Hasnain and his team at Warraich building company. He is a shining example of how a business should be run. We were extremely fortunate to find someone so honest and caring, especially during COVID and these crazy times. I was expecting our second child at the time we met Hasnain, so it was extremely hard to be onsite as much as I wanted to be. As first time renovators for our big job (gutting and expanding our one hundred year old house in Millburn, NJ) during COVID, pregnant, and completely overwhelmed, Hasnain held our hands throughout the entire process.
