"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

"Iâ  ve worked with Luxe Reno & Design on several projects and have always been impressed. By far, the best general contractors in Morris County. They are very professional, they keep the job site clean, and deliver a quality product every time! I am sure that every homeowner would like that. They are upbeat, honest, and hardworking. Five stars all the way! Thank you, I will definitely hire you for all my future projects."

"Excellent job and great to work with! Very reasonably priced as well. I I had a complete foyer makeover, including new tile, railings, balustrols, wainscoting, painting, and finishing and staining of the hardwood stairs. "

"Don?t be fooled by Chapter?s sleek branding or ?hassle-free? pitch. Our semi-gut reno of a 3-bed, 2.5-bath Brooklyn co-op has dragged on for a year, burning money, time, and sanity. Chapter claimed high-end services, but this was not the reality. There was minimal project management, workmanship was terrible (damaged new items, blamed ?site conditions? when they couldn?t do basic work they?d promised, had to re-do many items because quality was so poor). They missed every deadline and overshot the timeline by months. We were often forced to procure items ourselves because Chapter weren?t engaged or competent enough to do so (they even failed to purchase a one-of-a-kind marble slab we designed our bathroom around. It was sold to someone else and we were forced to redesign last minute). They gaslighted us whenever we raised concerns and pressured us to make payments when work was defective / incomplete. Beware the other glowing reviews you read. "

"Don't hesitate to hire John Waddell from Allure Properties. From start to finish, the job he did for me was 100 percent professional and top notch He was a pleasure to work with, always returned phone calls and addressed my every concern, and was positive and professional. FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Plainfield, NJ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
