"Good communication. Reached out to discuss plans and ideas. House was demolished by GDOT therefore could not pursue project."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"He is a skilled contractor and a hard worker. He gave me a very competitive price and did excellent work remodeling my kitchen for me. He shows up on time and does what he says he is going to do. I will definitely hire him again."

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"

"Mark is very easy to work with. He was a help in giving us ideas that we hadn't considered that proved very useful. Mark was also very flexible about changing things that I wanted done differently. His work looks excellent. He pointed out problems with the house structure, fixing them as he put in a new basement bathroom and repaired and put in a new deck floor."

"They were everything we were wanting and MORE! We have had our share of bad workers on our home... and Harvey and Michael went above and beyond. We had several different jobs for them to take care of and they did a great job - left no mess, definitely left things way better than they were before, and were so kind and helpful! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone needing a general contractor!"

"The bathroom looks amazing! Shane and Chris are very meticulous and do such an awesome job! I’ve used them for several different projects and I completely trust them!"

"Very professional and dependable will use over and over for all my remodeling"

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"I can’t thank them enough for taking over a job another contractor started and walked off the job. They not only finished it but it’s so much better! They showed up and worked till done. We will hire them again!"
