Paul was on time, personable and very helpful in giving some advice on color selection. He also got us scheduled quickly and sent David over as the painter in charge who did a great job painting a large living room & dining area, a large closet and the hallway area including two large accent walls. They even fixed a ceiling area in the home office that our previous painter neglected to get right. David was dependable, professional and worked his butt off to get the project done both beautifully and on time. He was very easy to communicate with and so pleasant to have around. "Mario did a great job painting our top floor apartment on the East Side of Providence. The apartment is lofted with skylights exposed wooden beams, so the painting job was complex work that required a lot of edging. Mario did very precise work quickly. He also was able to recommend a high-quality ceiling paint."

"Rick did a great job removing textured popcorn ceilings from a large portion of our house. He was able to fit us in to his schedule on an aggressive timeline and fully delivered. Rick and his team were reliable, did what they promised and even went above and beyond by touching up the walls impacted by the ceiling work. Rick paid attention to the details and made sure his guys were doing things right, never cutting any corners or taking any shortcuts. Rick kept us updated along the way and made sure to educate us on every step of the process. He was always available when I called and was more than happy to give us tips and pointers for some painting we are doing ourselves. Ultimately, the work was completed 3 days before it was promised and it looks great. Pricing was on the higher end compared to a few other quotes we received, but you get what you pay for. "They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. He gave me a window of when the project would start a few months later and called before that window to begin which we were happy about. His quoted build time of 6 days was right on track and when I found an issue that was in the quote but missed on the build, his team quickly addressed an made it right. They cleaned up the area well and the finished product is exactly what we paid for and we are happy with the results. We would hire Durable Remodeling again!"

"Sam's Masonry was great! Sam promptly came to the property to look at the job and quickly turned around a price quote. Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. He was also able to cement some bricks on the sidewalk and help pitch the water away from the building. It worked perfectly! We look forward to working with Sam again!"
