"Hot water heater died on Wednesday. Thursday morning I talked with Jordan and a new one was installed at noon on Thursday. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. I am already looking at future work for him."

"Amazing experience all around. Easy to schedule and to work with, good deal and amazing work installing a tankless water heater. I will definitely call for any future needs."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Within hours of my inquiry on a Saturday, Bill was out to my house to assess my needs. I needed a new water heater and my AC repaired. I knew I would be looking at a lot of money, because I had other quotes. His price was amazing and the job was completed in less than a week! I would highly recommend this company."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"I ended up losing heat due to a low water switch. I never had a gas furnace. They talked me thru on how to fill the system and did not charge me"

"I needed some cabinets hung in my bathrooms and wasn't exactly sure where to start. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend for future use. Pleasant and courteous...Great to work with."
