"
Upon receiving a referral from our neighbor & friend to have our old screens replaced, we called Mike, of

In Home Screen Replacement. Mike called us back & scheduled an appointment with us for the following week.

He came to our home on the day that we had scheduled, and he was very prompt and ready to begin.

Mike brought a selection of various screen grades to our home. After inspecting our screens, he pointed out to us what type of screen grade we currently have on our windows, & then we choose the screen grade, that happened to be a up grade, that we wanted.

Mike is setup to do the actual install at your home; which is extremely convenient.

He removed all seven screens within our townhome, two of which were extra in length. Then, he not only proceeded to replace all our existing worn out screens; he also reshaped or replaced part of the frames of our screens which were bent after twenty years of use.

We were very pleased with Mike, of In Home Screen Replacement, and are planning on having him replace a new patio door cat screen once the new door is installed.

Later, when we priced screen replacements at a local store, we discovered Mike's pricing was not only more reasonable, but we also received a better quality of screen for less the price. Also, at the local store there was a two to three week waiting period, and not the convenience of having this repair completed in you home.

Mike is a very conscientious hard worker, and our family feels very confident in referring Mike of In Home Screen Replacement to other patrons who need this type of service
"

"The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"One of attic vents on my roof, damaged by animals, needed to be replaced. To protect the vents for the future, I also wanted to install two vent guards. Todd came to my house for evaluation quickly after I contacted him. He picked up the ordered vent guards for me from the store. He did excellent job to replace the damaged vent and install the vent guards. He also fixed some minor issues for me voluntarily. The price he charged was reasonable. I was satisfied with his services and will hire him for future handyman work."

"Excellent!! Brad has the knowledge and tools to do the work completely and result in a SAFE installation. Don't have a handyman or HVAC attempt this job. Gas lines are to be respected. That's why RJG did the work. He has earned all my future business."

"Chris and his team are consummate professionals. We first used them when we had to repair the condo roof after a bad storm. During a subsequent inspection, he saw that the flashing on the 3rd floor addition was installed incorrectly.
Throughout both projects, Chris was extremely helpful and responsive. And the quality of the work done was superior.
I highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone.
"

"Initial report - 12/11/13
The project was a couple of weeks behind the expected start date but the delay didn't cause any issues for me. For the workers, I imagine the difference between 40 degrees and 4 degrees outside with zero degree wind chill made A LOT of difference.
The project manager contacted me throughout the delay period with updates. He called more than 48 hours prior to the new start date. I was advised to remove any artwork from outside walls just in case the work on the roof caused vibrations that might result in a picture falling off the wall. No other roof worker had ever suggested this. Nice.
The crew arrived, dumpster arrived and the crew did a total removal of the old shingles, put down the roofing felt and cleaned up the project site on the first day. I was impressed and pleased.
On day #2, the crew began to install the stone coated steel shingle panels but discovered there was material for my job that had been used on another job in error. The project manager called and apologized explaining that this would result in a delay of a day or two but that the roof was fully weather proof. (I hope so; the wind is going to hit 30 mph today). I get it; stuff happens. Again, this was not an inconvenience for me other than I'd like to get the dumpster out of the driveway sooner rather than later.
This day #3. I'll know more when I get home. But, overall, so far so good.
Update - 4/29/2014
The work finally was completed after Thanksgiving but not entirely to my satisfaction. Materials were left at my house (I had to call twice to get it picked up and some of it is still there. It seems that the workers who installed my roof have been fired. Great. There is significant scarring on the stone coated shingles due to workers' failure to wear proper foot wear and frankly, carelessness. Months after the install, I finally got a call this morning saying the materials to repair the scarring have come in and repairs will start today. Communication has been sporadic and usually at my initiation. The house did get through the terrible winter without leaks which is encouraging. For a job this expensive, I expected better but if anything goes wrong, I'll be calling for a no cost fix.
Now, let 's see if this scarring fix gets done. I will update again.
Final Report - 6/3/2014
Everything has been complete for a few weeks now. The scarring was repaired, the materials picked up and the roof looks great (finally). The gutters with the caps that keep leaves, etc out of the troughs have done their job as well. Overall, the result is good. The process was somewhat painful but thankfully, it worked out in the end. Would I use them again? Maybe. Depends on price and scope of the job.

"
