"Shane responded promptly when I texted him at 7am Friday morning when I saw my inground pool had lost 2 foot of water overnight. My valve leaked and he gave me advice until he and his son arrived to complete my equipment installation. He was patient and very thorough. They removed a part of our equipment saying it needed to be changed without asking beforehand and when we tried to have our home maintenance insurance, Nations, pay for the replacement we had a hard time because they had removed and gotten rid of the parts which were deemed faulty.
They did not always come when they were supposed to.
