She gave us options but never tried to upsell us on any additions or features. The work crew was amazing. Their work and attention to detail was fantastic. More impressive was their politeness and concerted effort to keep the dust and debris contained to the bathroom. Which they did a great job at because cleaning afterward was really minimal for a project that size. We will definitely be hiring them again for our Master Bath."

"The installer was very professional and did what he is hired to do. The company as a whole, however, has issues. 1) They do not perform GPR / xrays of post-tension slabs as a normal phase in the process of breaking into the foundation. 2) You get to see a basic, graphical representation of the tub / shower on an iPad. However, the final product and the quality of the materials does not match the premium price they charge. Base on the quality of the products (tub/shower combo, the glass door, tub/shower walls), I estimate that we overpaid by somewhere around $3500 to $6000."
