Our schedules did not permit us to stay while he worked, but he worked quickly and we had no issue with my wife or I not being there while he finished his business. He made an extra trip to a local hardware store to purchase items we needed. He was in and out, and serviced both doors we requested, in under 2 hours. He was friendly and polite and helped my wife arrange payment which was quick and easy. We highly recommend Jack for future services."

"Mark was ill for his first appointment but did call to reschedule, which I very much appreciated. He came to my house, on time, for his rescheduled appointment to look at my door. It had not been closing for years. He did a temporary fix, which helped in the interim, but he told me the door needed to be rehung. He did not charge me until his worker, John, came out and rehung the door. It works perfectly now, better than when it was first installed. I learned from Mark on his first visit that his business is a kind of handyman service too. In addition to fixing the door, John did some other odd jobs for me. He worked hard and did good work. I was not excited about the caulking job he did, so I took off a 1/2 star for that. I only took off a half star because he did many other jobs and did professional work on the rest. My only other complaint is that on the two occasions John came out, I was told he would be here at 9 am. Both times, Mark contacted me to say he had scheduled John elsewhere first thing in the morning. I appreciate that Mark's communication was good and kept in contact about schedule changes. That is not the norm for contractors, in my experience. I just would have liked for John to be here both days for the FULL day so more could have been accomplished. However, i was only charged for the time he worked, so I can't complain about that. Overall, I would recommend MHK."

"We met with Morning Star and picked the windows we wanted. Very satisfied with the warranty and they also told us about the rebates we would be getting. That was a plus. We picked a date while it was still cold out and they agreed with us that when the first break in descent weather came, they would come out and install the windows. At first I was apprehensive to believe that would happen. But sure enough they called me to schedule the installation. After installation we discovered we need another window replace that was bad. They are coming back just to install one window. Only one thing that is not included in the cost, is the trim, so there was a little extra charge. I found out all the window companies do that.

"It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me, while still making me aware of the best options available. The price he quoted was by far the most reasonable estimate I received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, and Joe showed up on time this morning and finished the job within 4 hours. He had everything set up for us and showed us how to program the openers, and even helped me reset the opener in my car. Highly recommend this company!"

"I think JD is honest, informative, and does quality work at a good price. All his work looks good. He and his assistant cleaned up nicely, took extra time fixing a rotted window frame that wasn't in the original estimate, and even worked with me to let me clean the storms as they were taking them on and off (which meant moving big storms further than they normally would have). I gave him a B in responsiveness because he did stand me up for one appointment (though he later apologized and said it was an emergency) and because he said he was going to send an estimate for a small deck job, which he hasn't done. (I don't need it anymore, otherwise I would just call again.) Overall, even if he requires an extra phone call now and again, I would use him in a heartbeat because of quality, knowledge, and price."
