We finally called KC Sewer Repair, and after doing a very thorough video diagnostic, the owner decided the issue could be solved another way. He installed an "air assisted" toilet. Now we can take care of business with one flush! They literally saved us thousands of dollars by being smart, honest, and caring, treating us with respect. I called to complain and all they would say is they have overhead they have to put on top of their fees due to advertising and management. I am done with Hamilton Plumbing! I would rather hire someone who charges based on difficulty and hours involved, NOT based on the number of commercials or top heavy management fees! "
