He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy."

Installed dye/sealant to allow for identifying hopefully stopping future leak). The 550% markup on the dye/sealant was bitter pill to swallow, but likely necessary to recover labor losses due to extended service time."
